We work closely with each customer to manage the entire home ownership process from financing to lot selection, to floor plans to finishes and color selections. We communicate on a weekly basis with each customer regarding the status of their home - as this is important to both the customer and the builder. A home CAN be an investment. As such, we prefer to build higher quality homes with better materials that will both maintain its value and be less maintenance intensive as the home ages.

ADVANTAGE BUILDERS believes in full disclosure during the entire home buying process. Buyers often are presented with payment schedules that fall within their capabilities now, but grow and become out of reach later during the life of a loan. While this is legal, we feel that the non-disclosure or lack of explanation and ramifications of these types of programs are immoral. All fees, costs and payment schedules are disclosed and discussed up front. Referral business and our reputation in keeping home buyers in their homes is an integral part of our business strategy.

We recommend that all buyers compare apples to apples when measuring the quality of materials and list of features amongst homebuilders, as they are not the same.
